Welcome to One Thirty. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of our products and services. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. General
By placing an order through our website or any affiliated sales channel, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
One Thirty reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All products offered by One Thirty — including fashion apparel, accessories, and perfumes — are described and priced as accurately as possible.
Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct typographical errors at any time without notice.
3. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Paymob, an authorized payment gateway.
- All payment information is encrypted and handled securely.
- One Thirty does not store or have access to your card details.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt.
4. Order Confirmation and Fulfilment
All orders are subject to product availability and verification of payment details.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will begin processing it promptly.
In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer an exchange, credit, or refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.
One Thirty is not liable for delays or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including courier or customs delays.
6. Returns and Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy, available at https://returns.e-stebdal.com/returns?shop=h0dwvk-gh.myshopify.com
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment or fulfilment by contacting our customer service at support@onethirty-eg.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.
8. Liability
One Thirty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
Our liability shall in no event exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy policy – One Thirty
We share only the necessary payment details with Paymob for transaction processing.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
